There's something different when you do a search a music video through Google Search , where you will instantly see the new card format is shown in the top position of search results there.
Basically Google itself will now link to a YouTube video featuring a big card at the top of the search results page. And if you click it then it will not play the video directly on the spot on the search results page , but you will be redirected to the video services based on a link in question through a new tab to open the video.
In addition , this card will also feature a bit of information related to the video in question , such as artist name , album tracks songs, and release year.
Although this feature does not seem to apply to all the videos , but to upload the official video from VEVO usually appear definitely guaranteed. And because the service site Google's own official video , it is no wonder that just youtube alone would reportedly become its own priorities and even supposedly getting special treatment than other popular video service sites , such as Vimeo , Dailymotion and others.
